01Step 1
Initial Inquiry & Pastoral Scheduling
2 to 4 weeks before target date (Weddings: 4 to 6 months)

Visit the parish office or reach out online to confirm liturgical calendar availability and initiate preliminary intake details.

Key Requirements
  • PSA Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
  • Parishioner Registration ID or Barangay Certificate of Residency
  • Valid Government Identification Cards of Applicants/Parents

Note: Parish office hours: Monday to Saturday (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Sunday (5:00 AM – 9:00 PM).

02Step 2
Document Submission & Verification
Within 7 working days of booking

Submit all canonical and civil prerequisites to the office coordinator for verification against parish registry archives.

Key Requirements
  • Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR for weddings)
  • Baptismal & Confirmation Records annotated 'For Marriage Purposes'
  • Godparent Confirmation Certificates (Baptism & Confirmation)

Note: Incomplete document submissions may delay pastoral clearance and date reservation.

03Step 3
Catechesis & Spiritual Formation
1 to 2 weekends prior to the Rite

Attend the designated Pre-Sacramental Seminar and pastoral interview with clergy or our family ministry team.

Key Requirements
  • Pre-Jordan Seminar Certificate (Parents & Sponsors for Baptism)
  • Pre-Cana / Canonical Interview Clearance (Weddings)
  • Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) before the ceremony

Note: Catechetical seminars are held every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month in the Parish Hall.

04Step 4
Liturgical Celebration & Registry Entry
Day of Scheduled Rite

Gather with reverence in the sanctuary to receive God's grace. Official registers are recorded on the same day.

Key Requirements
  • Punctual arrival 30 minutes before liturgical start
  • Reverent sanctuary attire for celebrants and companions
  • Signed registry logbook by parents, sponsors, or couple

Note: Official commemorative certificates are released within 5 to 10 working days after celebration.
